Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain Pro access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. However, you can cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team.

If you downgrade to Free, you'll keep access to all your resumes but can only edit and export 1 resume. Your other resumes will be archived (read-only). Advanced AI features will be limited to free tier allowances.

The Bullet Generator writes new bullets from scratch — you describe what you did and it drafts achievement-focused lines. The Inline AI Assistant works on bullets you already have: click an existing bullet on the preview and rewrite, get recruiter feedback, or generate alternatives in place. Same AI quality, different starting points. Most people use the generator early in drafting and the assistant later to polish.

No. The cover letter is built from the CV you pick, so it only references roles, skills, and achievements that are already on your resume. If the job description mentions things your CV doesn't cover, the letter won't fabricate them — it focuses on the overlap.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase with industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL for transmission, bcrypt for passwords). We enforce row-level security (RLS) policies to ensure data isolation. Your resume content is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Currently, SimpleCVBuilder requires an internet connection to save your work to the cloud. Offline mode is a feature we're considering for future updates.
