3.2 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes 1 resume, PDF export, and limited AI features. No watermarks on exports.

4.2 Pro Subscription ($12.99/month)

Pro subscribers receive unlimited resumes, advanced AI features, and PDF Export. Billing is monthly via Stripe.

4.3 Payments and Refunds

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to breach security measures
• Scrape or automate access to the service
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Abuse AI features for spam or automated content generation
• Violate intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create using SimpleCVBuilder (your resume data, text, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service.
